Roxanne vs. Or vs. Roseanne
Which name, Roxanne or Roseanne? I love the way Roseanne is said, but hate the spelling. With Roxanne, I love the spelling but find the ’x’ a little harsh, but still love it. Which do YOU prefer, and is you could also leave a comment saying why, I would be grateful. Thanks, Abby :)

I prefer Rosanne/Roseanne to Roxanne but I like Roxana (rox-anna) and Rosanna better.

Roxanne! So spunky and works great for kids and adults. Roseanne is just way too associated for me with Roseanne Barr.

Roseanne is absolutely adorable and it will follow her into adulthood a lot better than Roxanne will. If you don’t like the spelling Roseanne, Rosanne, Rose-Anne and Rose-Ann are all acceptable spellings as well.

I like Roxanne because I love the nn Roxy! I agree with poster #2 that Roxy is spunky and cute. And Rosanne also reminds me of Rosanne Barr.

I really like Roxanne and love the nn Roxy. Very cool. Rosanne doesn’t remind me of Rosanne Barr but I just don’t like it nearly as much as Roxanne. Good luck with your choice.
