Caity vs. Katie vs. Katy

Hello, my hubby and I are having a baby girl soon, and and haven’t settled on how to spell Caitlin/Caity/. We’ve settled on Caitlin for the name and Caity as the nickname, we are just completley unsure which spelling to use. Thanks!

My name is Kaitlyn and I spell it Kaity. Just don’t do Caitlyn or Kaitlin- Those just look odd.

My daughter’s name is Katelynn (two n’s because she is named after me, Madelynn) and we call her Katie:) I would spell it Katelyn if I wasn’t naming her after me.
