1. People will hear it and not know if it’s a guy’s name or a girl’s.
2. It sounds ghetto. Not classy. Apostrophes in names are low. What about Damon, Damien, Dominic, Dorian, Desmond, or Dmitri? For the middle name, what about Jacob, Jason, Jordan, Jonah, Gavin, or Giovanni?

Yeah I was thinking of spelling it Damari I’ve been playing around with the spelling and pronunciation and I’m not sure of the middle name yet but thank you

Damari is not a ghetto name. Its actually an African name and that bothers Mr when ppl say that. That is our culture and heritage. The name Damari and Jamari mean Courage in African. Damari Jaivon is handsome and cute. Other ppl

can name their kids names that have cultural meaning but we can’t? Ignore thea

Thank you for your help I’m leaning towards Jaivon or John (after both our fathers).. I want him to have the same initials as his father which is D.J :) & he’ll be a malotto baby
