Lola is not a nickname. It’s a well-known name. If you would like a longer name to shorten to Lola, consider:

Although Lola is not actually a nickname, it is a full name, what about calling her Eloise and then nicknaming her Lola? I think it would be nice to giver her the option of a more grown up full name in case she doesn’t want to be known as Lola in high school as it can be a tad babyish.

My name is Lola and I find it embarrassing because I'm after someone in the register called Charlie and when ever we get a new teacher they always say something about Charlie and lola
