Full names vs. for vs. Millie

I love Millie/Milly as a name, but think that it’s too cutesy for a full name. What are some names that can have Millie as a nn? The only ones I know of, I don’t like (Millicent, Mildred, Camilla)... thanks!

That’s all I can think of too.....I’m sure you’ll get some other suggestions. I think Millicent or Camilla would be nice with Millie as the nn. You are wise to go for the formal first name with the nn instead of naming her Millie.

Emily is another one although i guess and name starting in MIL and MEL could have the nn Millie

Emilia is BEAUTIFUL. I think it’s a gorgeous, classic name and Millie is darling for a nn!!

My mother’s name is Milda (nn Milly) but I’m not recommending that, Emily and Camille are cute.
