Aramis vs. Artemis

I’m having real troulble with these names at the moment (must be the pregnancy hormones!). I love both names, but think that Artemis is all girl (Greek Goddess of the Hunt and Childbirth et al) and Aramis is all boy (one of the Three Musketeers). I don’t yet know the sex of the baby, so the choice isn’t made for me - if I use them at all! I was wondering what peoples thoughts on the names were? Our last name is really common. I think if your last name is common then you can be more creative with the first name. I like these. What would the nicknames be?
Another ’goddess’ name I love is Phoebe (Greek, from Phoebus Apollo, the god of light) and also Freya (goddess of love and fertility)... what do you think of those?

Oh i love both!! very unique iv never heard them before. Oh actually i was about to write Ara would be a cute nn for a girl but thats the boy name sorry!

I like both names, but I really love Aramis. I think they’re both unique, but not weird, and great names, and if you love them, then use them.

I like Artemis, but for some reason Aramis just makes me think of tiramisu. They sound similar to me. I don’t know if that’s weird? But here are a couple more you may like:

In terms of nick names we were thinking a Ari or Missy for Artemis and Aram or Ram for Aramis.

We will also deffinitely condsider;
