Both are good choices. I think it depends on what your looking for. Ava Elizabeth sounds very traditional/classic where Ava Beth has a little more spunk/sass.

I think Ava Beth sounds wonderful. I don’t love it when the first name ends in a vowel an the middle name starts with one.
