Lily Joanne vs. Lily Joanna vs. Lily ?

Hi, this is poll number 2 to help with choosing a middle name for Lily. My mother-in-law’s name is Joanne, and if the name sounds ok, we’d like to use it. Last time a few suggestions were made to use Joanna. Which sounds the best? Or should I go with something totally different? Like Elizabeth ? Thanks for all your ideas in advance!

I love Lily Elizabeth, I understand Joanne is after your mother-in-law but I think that Elizabeth is much prettier than Joanne.

Lily Joanna or Lily Elizabeth sounds pretty. Lily Joanna has more meaning, but which one do you like best. You should really like a name to use it family or not.

Both Lily Joanne and Lily Joanna are beautiful. I wouldn’t use Lily Elizabeth since Lily can be used as a pet form of Elizabeth, so it would be redundant (very much like Daisy Margaret )
