Lux Needs vs. a Middle vs. Name!
We are having b/g twins-Henry Jacob and _____.
We have to pick a name for his sister! We are leaning toward Lux. Before we decide, we want middle name options...As you can see, Henry and Lux aren’t necessarily "common" names, so we want an equally unique middle name. Also, please tell us what you think of these names. Feel free to suggest other names similar in style if you don’t like these. Thanks :)

I think its because poster 1 believes Lux won’t age well, and I am inclined to agree, sorry. I like the idea of using it as a middle name though.

Most people voted for some version of Ella when you did the last one. Have you ruled out Ella. You got some good feedback on that name. What happened with that? I do not care for Lux. harsh sounding and like Klux Clux

If you are trying to say it as Luh-ks its very close to Luke as possessive like Luke’s book’s. Maybe that is why you like it. Try that baby name test drive with it.

i personally dont like the name Lux, cute for a baby - not so much when they’re older.
As others have suggested, maybe it would be better as a middle name.
I love Eloise Lux or Clara Lux.
Yes to Henry Jacob.
To match Henry, I would choose a more traditional name for the girl.

I understand you correctly and your pronunciation. You have a son named Luke. When you are talking to children or calling from upstairs it is very close, it is so close that with Lux and Luke and Henry it is very strange together when you say the names. Lux go get Luke’s backpack for him please. Luke please get a Lux’s bottle. Lux and Luke please go get a blanket for Henry. Henry, can you give this to Luz. Luke already has one. That is all I am trying to point out. Use it if you love it. I personally prefer Ella anything. Good luck with Lux.

Personally, I love the name! We have been trying to find a middle name for it as well. So far the only thing that we can think of is two middle names. That way it balances out.good luck!
