I know a girl named Caylin but shes not very girly always dresses like a boy with a crappy attitude and I also know a boy with it but spelled Kaelen.

Look up Caelin and it says for a boy, irish & meaning warrior. So boy when spelled this way.

When I first saw it, immediately thought Caelan, the male Scottish name. Didn’t even think for a girl until I sounded it out and realised it could be spelled Kaylynn or something equally moronic. I think the C makes it look more masculine. Might depend on where you’re from.
