Lucy Sky vs. Emma Clair

Hello! I am having a hard time deciding what to name our first baby girl... I have narrowed it down to two names. I love both of them, but I worry what people will think of the name Lucy Sky, because of the Beatles (people thinking it means drugs or something because of the song...) but we love the Beatles! I know i shouldnt care too much what others think of it...What do you all think? Please help me decide! :)~Ashley

I love Emma Claire and you could always just spell Sky Skye that’s usually how its spelled when its used as a name.

I love Emma Claire :)

The song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"- Lucy Sky Diamonds= LSD..
The Beatles did write it about drugs.... it was very much from that era.
Lucy Sky is not too bad, but I don’t love it.
Emma Claire is just so much better :)

At first glance when I saw Lucy Sky I didn’t read it as Lucy Sky but rather as Luke Skywalker. Any combination of the rest (Emma Claire, Emma Sky or Lucy Claire) are all beautiful.

To be honest even though I know the Beatles song, it wasn’t the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw Lucy Sky - I just though "how pretty"

Yeah the Beatles song is about LSD. But how many people will know her middle name anyway?
