Callie ??? vs. Short for ???

My grandfather and I were very close until he passed away a few years ago. His name was Calvin. My grandmother is still alive and her middle name is Lee. Using the name Callie for my little girl would honor both of them. What do you think of it? What middle name would go with it? Is there a name that the name Callie may be a good nickname for? I think Callie is fine on its own but I’d go for a longer middle name.

I love love love Callie!!! It can be a name on its own, but full names can be Calla or Calista or Calianne. Middle names maybe Mae, Simone or Renee?

Callie can be a nickname for Calista, Calliope, Calypso or just stand on it’s own. Calla might also work. As in calla lily.

Hi my daughter is called Cally - her middle name is jade so we can shorten it to CJ but never have. We found a baby book with the name Cally in and it said it was shortened from the name Calandra which we didn’t like so have just used Cally x
