In the long run I would imagine your daughter would like the normal spelling of Nina. In her teenage years I am sure she would like the different spellings...but I would stick with tradition.

The third one looks like how your body part is spelled Knee. I like Nina or Ninah the best.

Nina is better looking in a piece of paper written and i agree with the knee part also and Neenah its kinda weird
