Phonetically speaking, to achieve the "arna" sound rather than the "anna" sound, you should use only one N. Then again, I prefer Caroline prn as "carolyn" :P
But yeah, I’d go with Mariana. Though TBH you may find a lot of people automatically say "marry-ana" rather than "mary-ana"

Mariana! People see Marianna and will most likely pronounce it like (Mary- Anna). GL!

Mariana! Spell it like Marianna and everyone will always pronounce it (Mary-Anna). Spell it Mariana and probably half of the time they will get it wrong, but the other half they will get it right! Go with the odds?
