Cecilia Rae vs. Cecilia Gianna vs. Cecilia Rose
I am having a hard time choosing the middle name for this little one. We have a daughter named Lucia Rose and since Rose is a beloved family name, I’ve been toying with the idea of using it as the middle name for all our future girls, but I’m not convinced (yet). Rae is the middle name of my baby sister who died shortly after birth. Gianna is a favorite Saint.

Cecilia Rae or Cecilia Rose. Cecilia Gianna just sounds a bit much, sorry.
