I hate Leland for a girl! I know about 15 Lelands and theyre all boys! But if you must use Leland than i suggest

Leland is a unisex name but it is not popular for a girl at all. I got this from a website. Its called babynamespedia.com

Leland is an uncommon baby girl name. It is not in the top 1000 names. In the last century Leland has mainly been a boy name.

Just because a name is sometimes used on a girl doesn’t make it unisex. Its not very attractive for a girl.

My name is Leland and I am a 22-year-old girl. It takes people a minute to understand, but overall I get great reactions to it and lots of compliments. Also it’s not very becoming of you to make blanket statements about whether or not a name is "pretty" or "ugly," especially to someone who is planning to name their child that name.

My granddaughter is 5 months old and her name is Leeland Hazel Grace. Every part of her name is a family name. It fits her perfectly. Leeland is a beautiful girls name. Her mothers name is Jordan Leigh.

My 20 year old daughters name is Leland. She is beautiful and her name is just as beautiful as she is. Her full first and middle name is Leland Danielle Grace. Just because someone doesn't want the name for their child doesn't mean that it's a bad name.
