I would pronounce it the same way I pronounce Helen, but I agree with the above poster, Helena is prettier.

I probably would pronounce it heh leen at first glance but then I looked it up and it should be (heh LEH nee) or (ey LEN). I agree w/pp Helena is prettier and easier to figure out how to pronounce.

It looks like Heh Leen to me. I don’t see 3 syllables there.

I’ve always heard it pronounced Hel-lean

I pronounce it the French way, "eh-LEN" or most often "heh-LEN" just because I think most people would pronounce the H.
