Cameron vs. Camren vs. Camron
Need very brutally honest opinions. I love the name Cameron but I find myself pronouncing it cam-ren not cam-er-on. I would prefer to use the traditional spelling, but do not want to correct people on pronunciation. What pronunciation do you associate with the Cameron spelling?

I pronounce Cameron as Cam-ren. & I voted for Cameron as the spelling. UNless it is a girl...they Camryn is my vote.

They are REALLY similar. I’ve never met anyone who really said cam-er-on, it always sounded more like cam-ren.

I always pronounce it cam-ren. People pronounce it like that anyways, so don’t bother messing around with spelling.

It doesn’t matter how you spell it. People will always say the same thing, Camren. I doubt anyone says Cameron as 3 syllables. Don’t stress over this.
