I love Ginny but not really the full names that go with it:/
Georgina is okay though, quite sweet and Ginny works well as a nickname for it.
I do quite like Regina too:)
I suppose you could use Gina (but I am not that keen on it). Other suggestions: Ginger (kinda cute, very unique), Ginerva or Ginevra (both Italian, quite nice), Ginata (also Italian, meaning flower, I think this is pretty), Ginnifer.
good luck

Regina is rather pretty, very royal sounding, unique and I could imagine it on a princess. I love Ginny as a nickname and think I could really warm to the name Regina!
Not that keen on Virginia really, sorry.
Other suggestions:
Georgina- probably the most common of all these names, would work well as a full name for Ginny.
Gina-short and sweet.
Ginelle- beautiful name, it is Hebrew and means ’God is gracious’. It would be a fresh alternative as a full name for Ginny.
Ginevra- Origin Welsh, means white;fair;smooth. Ginevra is also the Italian name for the Swiss city of Geneva.
Ginger- Although this sounds like a new and modern name, it is in fact Latin, and means Spring-like; flourishing. It can be a form of Virginia but also a name in its own right.
Luigina-of Germanic origin, meaning fame and war, but used in Italian speaking countries.
Sergine-Latin
Virginie-means Virgin;pure;maiden. Very cute. Bit less common than Virginia
