I don’t quite understand your pronunciation.Do you mean like July with an -a at the end? If so maybe Julaiya would work better.

Julia- personally I’d say jool-yuh, but jool-EE-uh makes sense too.
Juliea- I’d pronounce this Joo + Leah (so same as the second one for Julia)
Jewelya- Joo-wul-yuh

I don’t really understand your pronunciation breakdown either.. but I have to assume that you are pronouncing it like Julia is normally pronounced. I would definitely spell it Julia. The other spellings look silly to me...

I'm called Julia, as my given name. Where I come from its pronounced jul-ya. At 12yo my English teacher asked me to pronounce my first name. I said Julia. He then said that I pronounced my name as Juliea. Otherwise known as Ju-lee-a. It's made sense to me so I then began spelling my name is Juliea !!!
