Caoimhe vs. Different Spelling help!

I saw Caoimhe once and didn’t know how to pronounce it! So I sounded it out and came up with cay-oh-mee. I loved it! I wanted to use it but then I learned that its not Cay-oh-mee but instead, keeva! Which is cute too but I want my pronounciation. Can you help me find a new spelling that will look like Cay-oh-mee?

How about just making it Caomi?
That seems the most logical to me.If you needed to explain the pronunciation to anyone you could just say "like Naomi but with a C"

Kaomi is better. Looks a little odd but does sound nice. Maybe you could go Kayomi?

I think Kaomi actually looks and sounds really good. As far as made up names go, this one is pretty cool. Caomee looks absolutely terrible IMHO and I would have no idea how to pronounce it. GL!

Caomee!

Definitely Kaomi. All the other options are unattractive IMO.

These suggested spellings don't fit the pronounciation. The Irish name Caoimhe is pronounced like "Quee-vuh".
