Maggot will only ever get pronounced like mag-ot, never the way you want it.
I think out of your options, Maggie is the best.

Maggie will probably be the one pronounced the most correctly, although I think Greta is another great option.

uhh..Maggot? Please don’t..it will never be prn. Mag-Oh.. you must realize that it spells maggot, as in the larval developmental phase of flies.
