I know a little girl named Scarlett who goes by Scout. I know it’s a bit of a far cry, but I think it works.

You could really use Scout for anything since it’s not really a nn derived from a specific name. Poster 1 had a cute idea with Scarlett!! I like that

I agree! Scout is adorable! I'm considering using it as middle name that way family/friends can call her scout but the option to use first name is also there. By the way, I think all the negative comments posted are really unnecessary. If you dislike the name don't comment. It's all subjective, to each their own, so don't judge.
