Elya vs. Ellia/Elia vs. Eliya
A couple days ago I met a little girl named Eh-liy-ah and thought her name was so beautiful. My hubby and I have fallen in love with it, and we are considering it as our little girl’s name. What are your thoughts on Eh-liy-ah? Also, we aren’t sure how we should spell it. Elya, Ellia/Elia or Eliya? Thanks :)

Elia is a Hebrew boy name pronounced eh-LEE-ah. So I wouldn’t use that spelling.

Elia is also an Italian feminization of Elijah. Love the name and this spelling.
