I think it’s common enough that people will say it correctly. Dayna is also cute though.

It’s a name that’s been around for a while, I don’t think people will misprounce it, at least not often enough for it to be a problem.

I agree that most people will know how to say it spelled Dana. I almost always prefer original spellings. I think new spellings make things more confusing. If you pick one of the others though, I would say Dayna

My name’s Dana and I’m a guy :P some pronunciation problems with substitute teachers and kids who want to kid on my nerves I found out today though that Daina can be pronounced very differently from Dayna or Dana so you might wanna stick with those two ;)

I feel Dana is the name of my sister but we're egyptian so it pronounced Dah Na
