I like Victoria, the original spelling in this case. My second vote would go for Viktoria. The italian version of the name is Vittoria (double t).
Once I have seen a name spelled as Vicktoria. I did not like it...it was a little bit too much.
What do you think about Victorine? It is unusual but not weird.
