Saoirse Caoimhe vs. Ailis Caoimhe vs. Caoilainn Saoirse
Most of these names look impossible to pronounce, I know. But my husband and I love Irish names (both of us grew up in Ireland), and by the time the baby is born, we will be living in Ireland once again. I will post the pronunciations in a post. Thanks! ~Siobhan

I always have heard Saoirse pronounced seer-sha, not seer-shay, but it may depend on the region and the accent.
My favourite is Saoirse but I don’t like it paired with Caoimhe, there are too many ’ee’ sounds. How about Caoimhe Sinéad, Caoimhe Siobhán, Saoirse Roísín or Saoirse Aisling?

We don’t really want to give our names as our children’s middle names. Aisling is really popular, but it is very pretty. Roisin doesn’t really flow well with our last name in my opinion. Caoimhe Sinead is very nice. Thanks!

I love Ireland and Irish names, as well. However, my run-ins with Saoirse (Seer-sha) have all been boys. Maybe since it’s a different pronunciation?
I know that in Ireland, most people are taking to more non-"traditional" spellings/names so I’m hoping that you’ve considered this.
I love the pronunciation of Caoilainn and Caoimhe. I do adore Saoirse, though. I don’t care for Ailis too much.
How about:
Caoimhe Noirin
Caomihe Granuaile
Caomihe Isolde
Caomihe Rian
Caomihe Rhionnan
Caoilainn Niamh/Nia/Niam/Nieve
Some can be mixed and matched, of course. Just be sure to watch out for the too rhyme-y names that have a bunch of -ee and -ah sounding endings. There’s a bunch.
