Fiona is the traditional spelling and it’s probably the best. It’ll save your daughter a life of headaches. Good middle names might be Ann/Anne, Elizabeth, Marie, Gabriella, Diana, Sophia or Marcella.

YAY~ Fiona. The only way to spell it. Middle Names: Jane or Gwyneth are the best ones. :) I am a Fiona by the way!
