I like the nn Cori but I would love a longer "real" name to fall back on if she doesn’t want something kind of unisex or when she’s applying for jobs, etc. I like:

Cori Ann reminds me of Corian --- the counter top company. I like Lauren Elizabeth best.

I like Grace Elizabeth. Very pretty, though it is a very common pairing.
Lauren Elizabeth is nice too.
