Katarina with nn Rina would be beautiful
Or even Serena with nn Rena

I quite like the idea of Katarina with the nickname Rina. Since Katarina is a name from my heritage as well, it is absolutely perfect and will give us a larger variety of middle names. Fantastic idea! Thanks Pam!

I prefer the spelling Rina in your poll but agree with the comment that Katarina nn Rina would go better with sist Natalija. You may also like
