I would expect it to be pronounced like Haz-lee not Hay-z-lee. If you wanted it pronounced Hay-z-lee I would spell it something like Haizley instead. I am not that keen but it isn’t absolutely awful. If you love it use it, but I would suggest changing the spelling :)

To be honest, I don’t think Hazlie is a good name. Just the fact that you had to write out the pronunciation should raise a red flag. The name also sounds too made up. You might want to consider Hazel.

It does look like Haz-lee to me. I don’t like it, sorry. It sounds like a weird mash of Hazel and Paisley.

Prefer Hazel, but if you love this name, I would spell it Hazeley, Hazelie, Hazelee something easily pronounceable.
