Kelsey is a nice name but Kylie won’t age well. You might want to consider Kylie for a middle name and give her a first name that isn’t so matchy. Matching names are cute for the first 10 years, not so cute after that. Just my opinion.

I actually like Kylie dislike Kelsey, all the Kylies i know (they are from ages ~25-~35) are knock outs, i actually thought there must be something about the name that makes them gorgeous!
Kelsey/Chelsey just not a fan how bout:

Keira?? it has the same level of sassy class as Kylie

These are way too close for sisters, especially twins. They will constantly get confused.

Why not reverse the initials so at least they feel a bit more unique and not just a clone of the same persn. It will also help form individual personalities if their names aren’t practically the same.
