Emilia vs. Emmy/Emmie vs. Millie/Milly

Hi everyone. We really love Emilia for our little girl, due in May. We can’t decide whether or not we would call her Emmy/Emmie or Milly/Millie- we love them both. Would it be weird to interchange them or would that confuse her and other people? HELP! The other name we are considering is Scarlett. Thanks.
