I would go with Polly or Pollie. Paulie looks like a nickname for a boy named Paul, and Pawley just doesn’t look very nice to me. I think Polly is a cute name!!

Definitely Polly. Paulie is a nickname for a boy named Paul and Pawley is a last name. Both do not look like girls’ names.

Polly or Pollie would be darling on a little girl. I prefer Pollyanna since Polly is a common nn Mary.
It was common in the Middle Ages to exchange Ps for Ms in nicknames. Thus Mary or "Molly" was transformed into "Polly." The same exchange can be seen with Peggy or Peg, a common nickname for Margaret (via "Meg.")
Paulie is a nn for a little boy named Paul
And Pawley is too much a surname, not ever appropriate as a first name, in my opinion.
