Leonardo vs. Leopold vs. Leo
My husband and I are stuck. I pretty much picked out daughters names because I have always dreamed of having two girls and naming them after my sisters. So now he is adamant that we name our son Leo. I like the name but feel it is more of a nickname. I am thinking of Leonardo or Leopold with a nickname Leo.

I like Leonard without the O on the end. I’m not really a fan of the others sorry! I think Leo would be okay on its own depending on how long his sisters names are. If its something like Elizabeth, Victoria and Leo it might be weird. GL!

Leopold is a wonderful Leo variant. As long as it flows well with siblings names I think it is a handsome selection. GL!

Leo as a full name is too unfinished... Stick with Leopold. Leonardo is okay too, but I think I prefer the pold sound over the ard sound, since it has bad teasing possibilities.

I like Leo. I couldn’t imagine being a boy with the longer versions. They are old and ugly sounding. Leo is cool.

We are going to use the name Leo and I feel like it’s a great stand alone name. There were several Pope Leo’s and even a Saint Leo... so it’s a great sound name on it’s own.
