How would you pronounce vs. the name vs. Zinnia?

I found this name on another website and I really like it! However I showed it to a friend and she prounced it Zen-ya and I pronounce it Zin-e-ah, I don’t know if I wrote the pronouncation right but do you understand. I don’t want to show it to family because they have all kinds of opinions on everything and it is just not a good Idea, lol. Could you help me please and thank you!!

it is a type of flower and a name, and its pronounced zin-eey-uh. hope i helped !

zinnia is a flower as pp said pronounced zinn-ee-uh just as you think.. i wouldn’t suspect you would have a problem with pronunciation becausee it is a flower, and it is not often that and i es prounced as eh.
