I would pronounce Brianna/Breanna/Bryanna "Bree-ann-uh", and Bryana "Bree-ahn-uh".

Bryanna looks like you were trying to spell it like it was Russian and misspelled it. I’ve always pronounced it Bree-ann-ah. But I know several Brianna’s, and they all spell their names differently. Brianna, Breanna, Briana, Bryana, and Breana. I like the spelling "Brianna" the best, and it’s the most popular, so it’s more likely to not get spelled wrong.
