Middle Names vs. For Simon?

Hey there! DH and I are expecting our 3rd (and maybe final) child! And it’s a second little boy! We’ve decided on the first name Simon for him but are stumped on a middle name! He’ll be joining Eliza Jane (7) and James Sebastian (3). We’ve noticed there’s a sort of theme running through the names with the first letter of mns then the first letter of the next child’s name. We are keeping it up with Simon but it is unintentional, they just all happen to be names we love. Our only real thought is Simon Alexander? Thoughts? Thanks! Belle and John.

We really like Simon Felix and thank you for the feedback about Simon Alexander - we really like those!
Sorry we don’t really like the others.

Other names we might use in the future are Angela or Felicity for girls and we really have no ideas for boys as yet. So both Alexander and Felix fit our theme.
Is Felix too close to Felicity?

Thanks, we really like Simon Alexander, it’s our favourite at the moment. Followed by Simon George and Simon Oliver.

I really like Simon Alistair but DH had a horrible boss with that name, so that’s out. Simon Edward is also lovely.

Thanks Poster 9 and Nicole, but we don’t really love any of those options - Poster 9 we love the name Noah but my niece is called Noa, so that’s out. Nicole your brother’s middle name is really nice, but I’m afraid it’s not for us.

What about Simon Eric? My husband’s name is Adrian-Eric so I have to suggest Eric.

We do like Eric a lot, but another of my nieces is Erica! So I’m afraid that’s out. Thank you very much Nicole.

Oh absolutely! We’re very excited for adding to our family and are sure he’s going to be gorgeous (what parent isn’t?!).
Also, we do love the name Simon, so I’m looking forward to naming him as well!

I know I’m also extremely excited to add another baby girl to my family on August 17th. I wanted a little boy so bad though.

I didn’t have any preference with this baby, but now we’re having another boy - we’d both like another girl!
Any children are wonderful though!

My husband wanted atleast one girl! Don’t get me wrong, he’s thrilled about the boys, but he wanted a little girl.
And gender is really a small part of how much children are like their parents - I’m a lot like my dad, much more like him than my mum. Kids can surprise you!
