Mia is my favorite. Gia and Lia are nice too, but I prefer Gia as a nickname for Gianna.

Here are my top three, in order of preference. I agree, I also like -ia names:)
Mia
Nia
Gia

I also like Lia, but it will always be misspelled. Sia sounds like "See a..." Tia means "aunt" in Spanish, do those are my least favorites.
