Cece! Cici is a pizza place, and Cilia are tentacle-like thingies coming off cells. Cece, and Celia on the other hand are names.

To go with Cecelia, Cece seems like the most logical choice. Though CC is a great nickname too, and easy to type when answering baby name questions!

I prefer Cecelia\Cece because, as someone said before, cilia are the little things that surround body cells and help them move.

Both spellings are fine, though I prefer Cecilia. I’d go with the CC nickname its the easiest.
