Bryony vs. Briony vs. Bryonie

I was looking for some less common flowers used as baby names and I came across Bryony. I instantly fell in love. I looked up the name and it listed many "other" spellings. I believe I like the traditional Bryony best but not sure so I picked two others I liked as well. In case you don’t know it is pronounced BRY-o-nee. So which spelling do you prefer. I’m trying to come up with a middle name as well so any suggestions you may have for a middle name would be great. Not 100% set in this name but I’d like to have a first name spelling and a middle name to go with it to put on my list of names. This is for a girl too by the way. Thanks :)

I know a Briony so to me that spelling feels right. Bryony is nice too. Don’t really like Bryonie.

Briony! This is my mother’s name... very uncommon. Beautiful choice! I kind of think the two y’s is overkill and I don’t like the spelling Bryonie, it looks a little made up.

I’ve only ever seen it spelt Bryony, so the other ways doesn’t look nice to me, personally.
