Accident! vs. Dad needs name hel vs. Please help

Okay. My name is John. My wife is Lindsey. We were expecting a son August 10th. Last night, Lindsey and I had to trade cars, and even though she shouldn’t be driving, it was short enough that we thought it would be okay. But, on the way to my office, she was hit by a drunk driver. They rushed her to the hospital, and had no choice but to deliver our son. I really want my son to be named, but I need to be there for my wife. One of the nurses suggested this site to me, and so I thought I would give it a try. Our name list is in the comments. That’s terrible ,so sorry to hear. I hope your wife is recovering well. Congratulations on the birth of your son too though! I love all the names on your list. I would go with John as a middle name. Best wishes and god bless. x

I going to be honest with you. If I was your wife and I woke up from an accident, after I determined my baby was okay, I wouldn’t be too pleased that you named our baby without consulting me. I would think that you didn’t think I was going to get better. I think most mom’s on this site would agree.

I like most of the names. My favorites (in this order) are Caden, Ryan, Alexander, Matthew, and Benjamin.
