Full name for Raya vs. or vs. these ones?

Our daughter is due in September and we are still not sure on names! The one we like the most is Raya, but we want that as a nickname, except we can’t think of a full name for it! (we’d also be willing to spell it Ria, Riah, or Raia.) We also like Penelope, Verena, Grace, and Teagan. Help?!?

How are you pronouncing it? Because in my head I’m saying them all differently.

Raya - Ray-ah?
Ria - Ree-ah?
Riah & Raia - Ry-ah?

If you’re pronouncing it Ry-ah, Soraya would work (Though I know people who pronounce it So-ray-ah instead of So-rye-ah).

I agree with the poster who suggested Raina though. Raina Penelope would be beautiful!
