Would love very vs. Italian middle names vs. for Sophia

I am in love with Sophia for my daughters name. My husband is Italian, and we have a very Italian last name, but we haven’t done any Italian names for our children till now. I know that’s weird, but that is just how it has worked out. The middle names I’ve come up with so far is Sophia Daniella, Sophia Alessandra, Sophia Liliana. Could you please help me out with a few more very Italian middle names? Thank you!

Well I’m from Italy and there people usually do not use middle names, but I can share some of my family’s names.
Francesca (me)
Apollonia (sister)
Anjelica (daughter)
Vitalia (daughter)
Antonia (niece)
Lianetta (mother)

Yes, in Italy we do not use the "ph" sound.

One "l" is usually a Spanish way because they pronounce ella different than Italians. In Italy you would use two "l".
