Hi all! My husband and I are expecting a little girl and we could use your opinions. We are absolutely head-over-heels in love with the name Alessandra; but we’re worried it’s very long with our last name. Do you think Alessandra Bergeron is too much? Fleur will be her middle name! I love it! It’s not too long. If others think so you could use Alessia or you could call her that in day to day use. Good luck!

Thank you, though I’m not a fan of Alessia. It’s not likely that we’d use a nickname, as we think it takes away from the whole point of using a name.

I think it’s just fine. Alessandra is a beautiful name! I think it’s good that your using a shorter middle name. But no, I don’t think it’s too long. Great choice. :)
