Oh my goodness! I totally agree with poster 2. Just call the child Phoebe (fee/bee) which is gorgeous or if you prefer Faye then call her that. Please don’t go for Faybe it’s just weird and going sound like your not intelligent enough to pick a name and spell it correctly!

Phoebe is pronounced fee-bee, so don’t use that.

Phoebe is the correct spelling for the name pronounced fee-bee and if I saw Febe or Phebe I would probably assume you were just going for a unique spelling of that.
To get people to say it like fay-buh the only thing I can think of is to spell it Fayba.
