It reminds me of Papaya, lol. I would eliminate Pia, because I would definitely assume "pee-ah". Pya just looks really wierd to me. I would probably pronounce Paya/Paia "Pay a" as in "pay a bill". However, I think Paya will cause less confusion in the end because you can say Paya, like Maya when explaining the spelling and pronounciation.
