Elissa vs. Talia
So I am torn between these two names. Elle-issa, or Ell-ees-sa its pronounced both ways the latter is the original Tunisian pronunciation. Also loving Talia Tahl-ee-ah. Which do you prefer and would they be a good sibset Talia and Elissa?

I love Talia. So melodic and pretty. Elissa is weird... looks a lot like Elaina, Eliana, Melissa... and the spelling, well, I prefer Alyssa.

I like the Ell-ees-sa pronunciation the best and Tahl-ee-ah is nice. Although I would pronounce that name Tu-lee-uh.

I prefer Elissa (pronounced the same as Alyssa), and they do sound nice as sisters.

When I was pregnant with my eldest living daughter the two names we loved best were my favourite: Thalia (pronounced Tah~lih~ah) and my Husband’s favourite: Elissa (pronounced Eh~lih~ssah) but my sister~in~law banned us from using Elissa because her, then 12 year old, daughter is Melissa, so, clearly, I LOVE both names and think they would make a PERFECT sibset! Thalia is my pick though! God bless and all the VERY best! :)

Thalia is pronounced Tah-lee-ah, but the only 2 Talias I have known both pronounce it Tall-yah so it might be mispronounced if you spell it that way.
