Felix Jasper vs. help??
Hey everyone, need some advice. I am expecting a little boy at the end of September. I have always loved the name Felix since I was a little girl, and Jasper is after my grandfather. My husband loves it, too, but the problem is that my sister just had a beautiful little girl two months ago, and named her Phoenix Jasmina. And now we’re having second doubts because the names are REALLY similar. What would you do? We have a three-year-old named Bria Macey. Thanks! - Ryan, Molly, Bria, and BabyBoy

I love Felix Jasper and I say your should just go with the name that you love! You don’t want to regret changing it after the fact. And since they aren’t siblings, they are just cousins...its okay that they are similar names. I have a cousin with the same first name as me, but he is a boy and I am a girl. It never caused issues or anything. Good Luck.

I don’t think it’s a problem. In my family there are 4 cousins with one name, 4 with another, and 5 with yet another. It’s annoying if you want your kid’s name to be unique, but that’s life.
