Millie/Milly too vs. Marian nicknames

I would like to honor my grandmother by naming our daughter after her, but her name is Mildred Marian. I love Millie/ Milly, but feel is might be little informal for a first name. I do not mind Marian, but do not like Mary for a nn. Suggestions please. Big sister is Mia!

I know an Emilia nn Millie so you could use Emilia Marian as her full name and call her Millie
